01Installation of water diversity device
The assembled water separator shall be flat and firmly attached to the wall according to the position and elevation determined in advance according to the actual situation of the user's home, and fixed with expansion bolts. The distance between the water separator and the upper water collector is 200mm. The height from the center of the water collector to the ground shall not be less than 300 mm, and the water collector shall be firmly installed. In order to prevent heat loss, it is necessary to cover the pipe from the water collector to the installation room with a special insulation sleeve. Connect the insulated pipe to the water collector and connect one end of the pipe to its temperature control valve. After the pipe is laid, the head cover of the pipe shall be put back to the diversity collector and fixed.
02Level the ground
Leveling the floor is a prerequisite for the installation of floor heating. If the floor is uneven, it will not only affect the floor heating and insulation, but also cut the floor heating pipe if there is something sharp. Therefore, before the formal laying of floor heating, it is necessary to remove the bumps and sundries of the floor, remove the bumps and flattens of the floor to ± 10 mm, clean the indoor floor, and ensure the flatness of the floor, walls, plinths and the ground At 90 degrees. 03Installation of main water pipe
Hot water pipe must be used as the main water pipe of floor heating, aluminum plastic pipe is recommended, and the pipe shall be installed in strict accordance with the design drawings, straight and tidy.
04Install the temperature control cable
Slot in the place where the diversity water collector is installed, bury the temperature control wire, and put the relevant temperature control wire around it for connection.
05Laying insulation layer
The insulation board shall be laid flat, cut neatly, and the joint shall be tight. The whole board shall be placed around, the cutting board shall be placed in the middle, and the joint of the Board shall be firmly pasted with glue. When laying, pay attention to the flatness of the insulation board, and the height difference shall not exceed ± 5mm, and the gap shall not exceed 5mm.
06Laying reflective film
The reflective film must be laid flat, without wrinkles, tightly covered, and without leakage of insulation board or ground. The reflection film grid is symmetrical and neat, and there is no wrong grid phenomenon. Transparent tape or aluminum foil tape must be used between the reflection films. The high-quality reflection film and standard laying can reflect 99% of the heat.
The floor heating pipe shall be laid in strict accordance with the design and construction drawings, which shall be consistent with the design circuit. The pipe laying spacing shall be consistent with the design. The pipe near the outer wall, the outer window and the floor with large heat consumption area, such as the empty floor, shall be densified, kept straight and fixed on the composite insulation board and the reflective film with plastic nails. When the installation is interrupted or completed, the open part shall be blocked at any time. Special tools shall be used for cutting the floor heating pipe, the cut shall be flat, and the fracture surface shall be vertical to the pipe axis.
08Pipeline hydrostatic test
After the ground heating pipe is laid, the water pressure test shall be carried out to check whether the heating pipe laid by the ground heating pipe is damaged and whether the pipe spacing meets the design requirements. After that, the water pressure washing and purging shall be carried out to ensure that there is no foreign matter in the pipe. Then inject clean water from the water injection and exhaust valve, the test pressure is 1.5-2 times of the working pressure, but not less than 0.6MPa, the pressure drop within one hour of pressure stabilization is not more than 0.05Mpa, and it is qualified if there is no leakage.
09Backfill and level the ground
Generally, the floor heating works are plastered with cement mortar. After the concrete is leveled, the ground height difference shall not be greater than 5mm. To maintain the horizontal line of the whole house, it must be at a height, and the steel wire mesh shall not be exposed. When laying concrete, marks must be made at the door, aisle, floor drain and other positions to prevent improper behaviors in the later construction from damaging the floor heating pipeline.
10Installation of wall mounted furnace
